I have been dealing with them for over 50 years. great people great products very helpful staff. If they don't have it they will know where you can get it.

I've been buying my fasteners and tools at Rumetco for over 20 years. Their hand and power tools are competitively priced, and generally with a better quality product. Especially for contractor heavy duty (not Homealowes heavy duty). Their fastener inventory is much larger and better quality than the home repair giants, and usually at a fraction of the cost. And, oh yeah when you ask a sales person about something tool or fastener related, you can literally take their answers to the bank. My only problem is that they aren't open as much as Lowdownhome, so it kinda sucks to have to pay 20 to 50% more for less.

This place was magnitudes better than fastenal to deal with especially if you need small quantities. I got all the SS fasteners I needed for my rv. I will be going here for all future fastener needs. I wish i had known about this place ages ago. Shout out to Superior Truck Caps for putting me on the place.

Great place to pick up tools. I get all my Wright tools here because the prices are as good as anywhere online but the in person service is here. People are always friendly and there are frequently good deals to be found.

Great place for all sorts of hardware. Much better prices than the box stores as well. Still great for hardware. They also do some machining and sharpening. If you need hardware this is the best

I've been on the hunt for screws with a metric size for a good while now for an Ikea dining table (I still have the screws that came with the table, but they mysteriously no longer fit)... the big box stores couldn't help me, so the search continued... finally a nice hardware shop owner suggested I try Rumetco... not only was everyone nice and friendly, they also custom cut the screws to fit my dining table perfectly, AND their prices were much better than on Amazon. Thank you Rumetco! I greatly appreciate you!

I posted a request on the NextDoor App to see if anyone could help me locate the correct hardware for a Daybed I have, as I lost the hardware during a move. Jane Ruffini commented with the information to call her at. She gathered all the sizes and quantities for me and I'll be picking them up later. Amazing service! Will definitely keep this company in mind for my future needs.
